Marketing Manager

  1. Marketing manager :
    1. MBA / Bachelors degree in marketing, business development with 7 to 12 years experience
    2. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand, acquire brand ambassadors, generate leads, and drive premium lead generation all through deep understanding of data from the relevant markets. You will be responsible in ensuring that the Marketing DNA is well injected into all the departments and will also have to work on offline marketing efforts which will be led through a very data-driven approach.
    3. Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and driving end to end campaigns and promotions.
    4. Manage the end-to-end lead generation process, including lead capture, nurturing, and conversion, to drive qualified leads to our sales team.
    5. Leverage digital marketing tools and analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.
    6. Identify and engage with potential brand ambassadors, real estate influencers, and strategic partners to expand our reach and strengthen brand advocacy.
    7. Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member
    8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and marketing collateral that align with their needs and goals.
    9. Experience required in creating various marketing collateral’s, mailers, newsletters, brochures, layouts, Leaflets, Hoardings, Newspaper Ad other online offline creative needs.
    10. Experience in Real Estate Industry is an added advantage.
    11. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    12. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    13. Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
    14. Proficiency with marketing tools and software
    15. Monitor industry trends, market research, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
    16. Strong and low-cost approach towards offline marketing but through a very data driven approach
    17. Proven experience in managing digital marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
    18. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and work to budgetary allocations.
