Role Description
Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope, managing project schedules, and identifying and mitigating risks in order to meet project objectives. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and ensure that projects are aligned with company goals and resources.
The projects are in Sarjapur area in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, planning, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated team management and leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar programs
• Experience in the residential construction project planning is a pre requisite
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Aluminium formwork construction and High rise construction planning experience preferred
