1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering
2. Work experience as a Plumbing Engineer (Layouts & Residential) for 5+ years.
3. Excellent understanding in sizing of capital equipments (STP,WTP,Fire pumps, Motors, Tank size, Yard hydrants).
4. Good working experience in Piping design.
5. Preparing approval and GFC drawings.
6. BOQ Preparation for PHE and Firefighting services
7. Experience in designing and installing electrical products.
8. Vendor management.
9. Value Engineering.
10. Extraordinary ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team as and when required.
