Team Lead – MEP Services (Design)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – MEP Services (Design) who will be responsible for leading the MEP design function covering Electrical, Plumbing (PHE), and Fire Protection systems for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across various project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10 to 15 years (Design experience in Electrical, PHE, and Fire Engineering mandatory)
- Job location: Sompura Gate, Sarjapur Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562125.
- Mode of Interview- Offline
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Note: Diploma candidates will not be considered.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP design activities (Electrical, PHE, Fire, PA, HVAC, CCTV) from concept to execution stage.
- Develop MEP design strategies aligned with project requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications prepared by the team or consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards (NBC, IS, NFPA, etc.), and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, and other design teams for seamless integration of MEP services.
- Conduct design reviews and value engineering exercises to optimize performance and cost.
- Supervise and mentor the design team, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Support project execution teams by resolving design-related queries and providing technical guidance.
- Evaluate and finalize vendor technical submissions and drawings for MEP equipment and systems.
- Conduct site inspections for design validation and ensure adherence to design intent during implementation.
- Manage communication with external consultants and contractors for design deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, design calculations, and as-built records.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong design expertise in Electrical Systems (LV/HV distribution, lighting, power, renewable power), PHE, and Fire Protection Systems, PA systems, HVAC and CCTV systems.
- Experience in working in BMS, IOT and Industry 4 standards will be added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of IS, NBC, NFPA, and other relevant design standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design/calculation tools.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, material specifications, load calculations, and energy-efficient design solutions.
- Understanding of sustainable design practices and green building concepts preferred.

Planning Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with a strong foundation in project scheduling, monitoring, and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling project timelines, resources, and costs to ensure projects are executed as per schedule and budget. A certification in NICMAR, ACT, or ACM is mandatory for this role.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 to 15 years (real estate exposure is added advantage)
- Job location: Sompura Gate, Sarjapur Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562125.
- Mode of Interview- Offline
- Qualification: Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR / ACT / ACM certification – any one mandatory)
- Office Timing: 10 AM to 6:30PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in coordination with project and site teams.
- Prepare baseline and revised project plans using appropriate planning software/tools.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and suggest corrective measures to maintain schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, execution, and design teams to ensure timely material and resource availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Prepare the daily labour reports
- Analyse project data to forecast completion timelines and highlight potential risks.
- Assist in cost and resource planning for various project stages.
- Make the delay reports with catch up plan/schedule
- Support project billing and client reporting requirements by providing accurate progress data.
- Participate in design review meetings to present project status and planning updates.
- Maintain records of drawings, schedules, and documentation for project audits and future reference.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools (such as MS Project or Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, resource allocation, and project management techniques.
- Good understanding of construction project workflows.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Certification in NICMAR / ACT / ACM (any one is mandatory).
