Job Summary

SUYUG Infra Group is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, assisting customers throughout the buying journey,
and achieving individual sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of company projects including inventory, amenities, floor plans, pricing, approvals, and specifications.
• Identify and engage prospective customers through various lead sources.
• Conduct client interactions through calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their budget and preferences.
• Accompany clients during site visits and provide detailed project presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a daily basis.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
• Generate referrals and maintain long-term relationships with customers after bookings.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
• Passion for sales and target achievement.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Prior real estate sales experience is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Eligibility

• Any Graduate.
• Experience: 0–5 years.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with sales experience from any industry are welcome.

Work Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday are working days.
• One rotational weekly off will be provided on a weekday.
