SUYUG Infra, on the record

SUYUG Infra crafts green, future-ready homes across Bengaluru — apartments, villas and plotted communities that balance responsible luxury with lasting comfort.

What follows is the checkable version of that sentence: the journey that got us here, and every community we have with the paperwork behind it.

Step Into a Better Era

The story so far

The Journey of SUYUG

  1. 2014Our beginning

    A modest 3.5 acres

We started with a single 3.5-acre project and one belief: your home is your truest source of joy and legacy — immaculate in construction, futuristic in features, grounded in heritage and nature.

    Started with a 3.5-acre project

  2. 2018Milestone

    The corridor takes shape

The modest start grows into over 300,000 sq. ft. under development — concentrated on one belt we know street by street, the Sarjapur–Attibele–Bagalur corridor where the IT workforce actually lives.

    300,000+ sq. ft. under development

  3. 2019Growth phase

    Venturing bigger

The team ventures into larger communities across the corridor, delivering over 870,000 sq. ft. by 2023 — the discipline of the first project, carried at scale.

  4. 2023Live projects

    SUYUG Infra, officially

SUYUG Infra launches as the brand for what the corridor already knew — communities blending sustainability, innovation and design, with green specification written in rather than brochured on.

    THE1 — the flagship

Exclusive high-rise apartments on Sarjapur Road, and the project that set the standard: IGBC pre-certified, low-density towers over landscaped grounds at Sompura Gate.

  6. 2026Today

Steady growth, and the next five million

4 Mn+ sq. ft. of villas, apartments and communities, with more under development — and five million square feet queued to launch, including REEVA, the new SUYUG brand for tomorrow's neighbourhoods.

The ground

Every parcel we hold, drawn at one scale

Each mark is the land parcel that community publishes, drawn to the acreage itself — a square whose AREA is the acreage on a wide screen, and on a phone a bar whose LENGTH is the acreage. Apartments and plotted developments are drawn apart, at the same scale: all 7 parcels, 3 under construction and 4 announced. That difference is drawn rather than written, because an announced parcel is land and an intention, and it should not look like finished ground.

Plotted developments

Drawn at the same scale as the apartments above — a square here and a square there are directly comparable. Phone bars run against this group's own largest.

The register

Everything we have, and everything we cannot yet show you

7 communities, across 2 states, 3 of them carrying a registration a stranger can look up. The blank cells are as much a part of this table as the filled ones: an announced project has a land parcel and an intention, and we will not dress that up as more.

Every SUYUG Infra community with its land parcel, number of homes or plots, jurisdiction, RERA registration and IGBC status. A dash means nothing is published.

A dash means we publish nothing in that column — not that the answer is zero. Every registration above is reproduced from the issued certificate and can be checked against the authority's own register.

How we work

Three commitments the rest of this site has to keep

Each of these is checkable somewhere other than here. That is the point of writing them down — a commitment nobody can audit is a preference.

  1. 01

The jurisdiction is stated, not implied

Every project names the state, the district and the registration it is built under. A buyer should never have to work out which Sompura, or which of the three Bagalurs, a development actually sits in — and the register above answers it for all of them at once.

  2. 02

Green is the specification, not the brochure

Native planting, recycled-water irrigation, solar, smart metering and near-zero waste are written into how a SUYUG project is designed. Where a project holds an IGBC status we name it exactly; where it holds none we say so.

    One accountable owner per function

Design, planning, supply chain, operations, sales and administration each answer to a named person rather than to a department. It is the shortest route between a question and an answer.

What we do not publish

Two numbers you will not find on this site

A founding year, and a total of delivered square footage. Each appears with more than one value across the documents this site was built from, and neither has been settled against a primary source.

We could have picked the flattering one. Every figure on this site is meant to be checkable, and a number chosen between two sources is not a fact — it is an editorial decision wearing a fact's clothes. So they are absent, and this is the paragraph that says so instead of a stat band that would have said the opposite.

They will appear here the moment they are settled against a primary source, the same way every RERA registration in the register above was reproduced from the issued certificate rather than from a brochure.

What is here instead

  • Land parcel and unit count per community, as published for that community.
  • The state and district each project legally sits in — including the one in Tamil Nadu.
  • RERA registration numbers transcribed from the issued certificates.
  • IGBC status per project, in the three states it can actually be in.
  • The name of the person accountable for each function.

Questions

Which SUYUG this is, and what you can check

The name collides with two other companies and the portfolio is routinely miscounted. Each answer below names what settles it — a project record, a registration certificate, or the register itself.

No. SUYUG Infra is a Bengaluru developer, building on the Sarjapur Road corridor in south-east Bengaluru and across the state line in Krishnagiri district, Tamil Nadu. Suyog Infra (India) Pvt Ltd is a different company, spelled differently, in a different city and a different market, and there is no connection between them. The two names are close enough to be conflated routinely, so the correction is stated on a page you can read rather than left in a file most crawlers never fetch.
