This policy explains what personal data www.suyug.com collects, why we collect it, who inside and outside SUYUG can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. It does not cover what happens after you sign an agreement for a home — that relationship is governed by the agreement itself and by the disclosures made under it.
We have written it to be read rather than skimmed past. Where a detail is not yet settled, the clause says so plainly instead of covering the gap with a comfortable-sounding phrase.
1. Who we are
SUYUG Infra (“SUYUG”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the brand under which we market and sell residential projects in and around Bengaluru. The entity you contract with for a particular project is the promoter named on that project’s RERA certificate — for our Karnataka projects the certificates name SUYUG CONSTRUCTIONS — and those registration details are published in full on our RERA page.
In the language of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below, and you — the person the data is about — are the Data Principal. Our office address is #19, B Hosahalli Rd, near Sarjapur Road, Sree Narayana Nagar, Chikkadunnasandra, Bengaluru, Sompura, Karnataka 562125.
2. What we collect
Everything below is data you type in yourself or that your browser sends automatically. We do not buy lists, we do not scrape social profiles, and there is no login, no account and no payment page on this website.
There is exactly one form on this website — the “Schedule Site Visit” request that opens from buttons on the home page, the project pages, the contact page and the calculators. It asks for four things and nothing else:
- Your name.
- Your mobile number — the field a call back actually depends on, so it is the one mandatory contact detail.
- Your email address, which is optional and can be left blank without consequence.
- Your tick on the consent box, recorded together with the exact wording that was on screen when you ticked it, and with the page or button the request came from.
That is the entire form. There is no message box, no budget field, no “how did you hear about us”, and no second enquiry form anywhere on the site — the contact page deliberately carries none, so your details travel one route rather than several. Anything else we need, we ask you on the phone.
Our calculators are a separate matter and collect nothing at all. The loan amount, tenure, rate and price you type into them are used by arithmetic running inside your own browser, are never transmitted to us, and disappear when you close the tab.
When you apply for a job, you email us directly at careers@suyug.com. We then hold whatever you chose to send — usually a CV and covering note — and we process it to consider your application and to contact you about it.
When any page is served, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure records ordinary technical information: the IP address the request came from, the time, the page requested, and the browser and operating system reported by your device. These logs exist to serve the site and to defend it against abuse. They are not joined to enquiry records and are not used to build a profile of you.
We do not ask for, and this website has no field for, financial account details, government identity numbers, health information, or any of the other categories a person would reasonably consider sensitive. If a member of our team needs such details later in a booking, they will be collected in that process and under the paperwork that governs it — not here.
3. Why we use it
One purpose, stated narrowly, and everything else follows from it: to respond to the enquiry you made and to help you decide whether one of our homes is right for you.
- To call, message or email you back about the enquiry you submitted, and to arrange a site visit.
- To answer follow-up questions and send project information you ask for — floor plans, price sheets, RERA and approval documents.
- To keep a record that you were contacted, what you asked for and what consent you gave, so that a later query can be answered accurately.
- To send you occasional updates about SUYUG projects, where you have consented to receive them, and only until you tell us to stop.
- To keep the website working, secure and free of abuse, and to meet obligations placed on us by law — including tax, real-estate regulation and any lawful demand from a court or authority.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making, we do not profile you for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Ever, and not to anyone.
4. The consent you give, and how to take it back
Our forms do not proceed until you tick a consent box. The wording on that box, in full, is:
“I authorise SUYUG Infra & its representatives to contact me with updates and notifications via Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Call. This will override DND/NDNC.”
That last sentence matters and is not boilerplate. If your number is registered on the National Do Not Call / Do Not Disturb list under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s commercial communication regulations, ticking the box tells us you are content to be contacted anyway on this specific matter. It is why the box is never pre-ticked and why the form will not submit without it.
Consent given under section 6 of the DPDP Act can be withdrawn at any time, and withdrawing it must be as easy as giving it. To withdraw, email info@suyug.com with the mobile number you gave us, or simply tell whoever calls you that you would like to be removed. We will stop contacting you for marketing purposes and will delete or de-identify the enquiry record unless we are required by law to retain it. Withdrawal does not make our earlier contact unlawful, and it does not affect anything already agreed if you have gone on to book a home.
5. Where your details actually go today
This is the clause most privacy policies get vague about, so here it is plainly. As this website currently stands, the request form stores nothing. What you type is checked inside your own browser and a confirmation appears on screen; no record is written to any server, and nothing is passed to a third party.
The connection to our sales system is deliberately not switched on from the browser. When it is, submissions will travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to a server-side handler that validates them and writes them to an access-controlled database our sales team works from — and this clause will be rewritten in the same change that ships it, not afterwards.
Until then, the certain way to reach us is direct: call +91-76077 12345, message us on WhatsApp from the button in the footer, or email info@suyug.com. If you have used the form and not heard from us within one working day, please do one of those. We would rather tell you this than let a request you believed had been sent sit nowhere.
Job applications are different, because they come to us by email: what you send to careers@suyug.com sits in that mailbox and is seen by the people involved in hiring for the role.
7. How long we keep it
Section 8(7) of the DPDP Act requires personal data to be erased once the purpose it was collected for is no longer being served and retention is not required by law. That is the standard we apply.
- An enquiry that does not lead anywhere is kept while there is a live conversation, and is erased or de-identified once that conversation has plainly ended.
- Where you ask us to stop contacting you, we act on it promptly and keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again by mistake.
- Where an enquiry leads to a booking, records are retained for as long as the transaction and the statutory record-keeping attached to it require — tax, RERA and company law all impose their own periods.
- Technical server logs are held for the short period our infrastructure provider retains them for security and diagnostics.
We have deliberately not printed a specific number of months here, because a number we cannot yet honour precisely is worse than an honest description of the rule. Our internal retention schedule is being documented; when it is settled it will be published in this clause. In the meantime, you can ask us at info@suyug.com what we still hold about you, and ask us to delete it.
8. How we protect it
The website is served only over HTTPS, so anything you send from it is encrypted in transit, and the calculators keep your figures inside your own browser rather than sending them anywhere. Where we do hold records — job applications in a mailbox today, enquiry records once the sales system described in clause 5 is connected — access is granted to the people who need it for their work and removed when they no longer do, and records are kept in access-controlled systems rather than in spreadsheets passed around by email.
Section 8(5) of the DPDP Act requires reasonable security safeguards to prevent a personal data breach, and section 8(6) requires us to notify the Data Protection Board of India and every affected person if one occurs. We will do both. What we will not do is claim that any system is impossible to breach — that sentence appears in a great many privacy policies and it is not true in any of them.
9. Your rights under the DPDP Act
As a Data Principal you have the following rights over the personal data we hold about you. Exercising any of them is free.
- The right to a summary of what we hold and what we have done with it, including who we have shared it with (section 11).
- The right to have inaccurate or misleading data corrected, incomplete data completed and out-of-date data updated (section 12).
- The right to erasure, unless we are required by law to keep the data (section 12).
- The right to withdraw a consent you gave, at any time and as easily as you gave it (section 6).
- The right to a readily available means of grievance redressal, and to escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve your grievance (section 13).
- The right to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity (section 14).
To exercise any of them, email info@suyug.com with the mobile number you gave us so we can find your record, and tell us what you want done. We may need to check that the request is genuinely yours before acting on it — that check protects you, not us. We respond as quickly as we can and in any case within the period prescribed by the DPDP Act and the rules made under it.
10. Complaints and the grievance route
If you think we have mishandled your personal data, tell us first — most problems are a misunderstanding that a phone call settles. Email info@suyug.com with “DPDP grievance” in the subject line, or write to us at the office address below. The complaint is routed to the person responsible for answering questions about how we process personal data, and you will get a substantive reply, not an acknowledgement.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India, which is the authority established under the DPDP Act to hear such complaints. Nothing in this policy limits that right, and nothing in it limits any remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
11. Children
This website is aimed at adults buying homes. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, we do not track children or serve them advertising, and there is nothing on the site that would attract a child to submit their details.
Section 9 of the DPDP Act requires verifiable parental consent before a child’s personal data is processed, and prohibits processing that is likely to harm a child. If you believe a child has submitted details to us, write to info@suyug.com and we will delete the record.
12. Third-party content on this site
We keep the number of outside services on this website deliberately small, because every one of them is another company that learns something about our visitors.
- A Google Maps panel is embedded in the footer of every page and on the contact page. It is a Google-served document, loaded lazily so it does not run until you actually scroll to it, and Google’s own privacy policy governs what it does once it loads.
- Buttons and links that open WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn take you to those services, where their terms and privacy policies apply rather than ours.
- Links to the K-RERA and TNRERA portals take you to government websites we do not operate.
- Our typefaces, Marcellus and Figtree, are served from our own domain rather than from Google Fonts. There is no third-party font request on any page, and therefore no font provider learns your IP address.
- There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising or remarketing pixel, no social-media tracking tag and no session recorder anywhere on this website.
13. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do changes — not on a schedule. Every version carries the date it was last changed at the top of the page; this one is dated 8 August 2026. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell the people affected rather than relying on you to re-read the page.
14. How to reach us
