Mr. Manjunath has explained very well about this project with professionalism. The Key Highlights of this project are it has got below mentioned certificates. 1. IGBC Certification 2. We booked a apartment in tower 2 .. The project is in main road and the main advantage is it is near to coming metro station and it is in somapura gate main junction. This is a tallest building and provides corner apartment. We liked the design of the corner apartment and we booked a 3bhk . Mr. Manjunath was very professional and supportive, explained everything about the project , he showed us the apartment in real site area and helped us for entire process of booking the flat in a smooth way.

I came across Suyug The 1 by chance while passing through the area and decided to walk in just to check the price. The sales executive, Sirisha, was very welcoming and gave me a tour of the model flat along with all the project details. I really liked the quality of construction and the way everything was planned. The overall experience was very positive. There are many big builder projects nearby, but I found that Suyug The 1 offers similar or better quality at a more reasonable price and that too in a prime location. After comparing my options, I decided to book my apartment here. I'm hoping the Suyug team will deliver everything as promised and make this project a great example in their portfolio. So far, I'm happy with my decision.

We booked a house in Suyug the1 recently and I am extremely happy with this project and the buying journey. Sirisha has helped in explaining the project details, IGCB certification importance and why it makes perfect sense to purchase here. Unique project for the reason that the towers are not just lofty, but the way it's designed to ensure that ample sunlight enters your house from all sides. Ventilation and Location were the key aspects that we had considered before booking a flat here and we are happy with this project. CRM team including varshini and Karthik have helped in completing the formalities. Kudos to the team. Hope we get the apartment before time as it's Mivan construction. Fingers crossed!

We publish what we have permission to publish, and nothing else. Reproducing somebody’s words on a commercial page without their agreement is not a technicality we are being cautious about; it is their sentence, attached to their name, working as our advertising. So there are no other cards here. No greyed-out slots suggesting more are loading, no composite “a typical SUYUG buyer says” paragraph, no quote attributed to initials and a project name. Every one of those devices exists to make an evidence base look thicker than it is.
Nor is anything shortened. Where a review runs longer than the card, the card clamps it and gives you the rest on one click — the full text is in this page either way. Trimming a quote to make it fit a layout is editing somebody else’s words, and a review we have edited is not a review.
You will notice there is no star rating on these cards, and no average anywhere on this page. That is deliberate. Reading about SUYUG elsewhere

Search our name and much of the first page belongs to somebody else. That is normal, it is legal, and it is worth understanding before you take a number off one of those pages and plan around it.
Property search in India is dominated by listing portals, aggregators and channel-partner websites. Many of them carry pages about SUYUG projects — with prices, floor plans, availability, launch dates and, on some, reviews. Those businesses are not SUYUG. Most are advertising or brokerage businesses whose product is your enquiry: they rank for a developer’s name, collect the contact details of people searching it, and monetise the introduction.
We are not saying those companies act in bad faith, and we are not asking you to avoid them. We are telling you what they are and what follows from it. SUYUG does not write, review, approve or maintain the content on those pages. We are not notified when a price changes there and we cannot correct one when it is wrong. The practical consequence shows up the moment you compare two of them: figures for the same SUYUG project frequently disagree between one listing site and the next, and disagree with what we publish here. When that happens it is usually not deception, just staleness — a page built from a brochure that was current a year ago and has not been touched since.
The one test that settles it
Look at the address, not at the logo. Anyone may display the SUYUG name and mark; nobody else can publish on our address. The only part that decides is the piece immediately to the left of the first single slash — boxed below.

Where the authoritative version lives
- Prices, configurations and status — the project pages on this site, which are the record we maintain and correct.
- Registration numbers and approvals — /rera, where each number is transcribed from the certificate and can be checked against the regulator’s own register.
- Reviews — our Google Business Profile, linked at the top of this page, and the consented reprints on the wall above.
- Anything you cannot find — ask us directly and we will send the document, or tell you plainly that it does not exist yet.
If a third-party page and this website disagree about a SUYUG project, please do not split the difference. Ask us, and check the registration on the regulator’s portal. Between our page, their page and the government register, only one of the three is a public record.

How this page handles reviews
Star scores are the easiest number on a developer's site to invent, and one of the most commonly invented. This says plainly what SUYUG publishes, where each reprint came from, and what is never done to one.
No, and there is no aggregate rating in this site's structured data anywhere, under any circumstances. A score a developer computes about itself is not evidence — it is a number with the seller's hand on it — and the structured-data rules require an aggregate rating to derive from reviews the page actually shows or the site actually collects. The rating and review-count figures this site once carried had no source behind them, so they were deleted at source rather than hidden: the value in the site configuration is now null, and the schema block is gated on it, so nothing can emit a score by accident.
