Get in Touch

This is the main line, and it covers the company and every project. Each community under construction also keeps a sales line of its own — printed just below — for anyone who already knows which one they are calling about. No separate number for existing buyers, and no queue to get past.

Two ways in

Which of the two this is

Anything you type into this site reaches one of exactly two places. Sending a question down the wrong one is not fatal, but it is slower — and a complaint that lands in a sales pipeline gets worked as a lead, which helps nobody.

One

You are buying, or thinking about it

A price, a size, availability, a floor plate, a brochure, a payment schedule, a walk around the ground. All of that is a sales conversation, and it has a page and a form of its own — one that asks for a name and a number and nothing else, records the consent to call you, and reaches the team who can answer on the phone. It is the shorter form, on purpose.

Two

Everything else

A job application or a question about a listed role. A landowner, a channel partner, a contractor or a supplier. A journalist with a deadline. Something already under way that has gone wrong. Or a question that simply is not a purchase. The form below takes what it is about, your message, and an email to reply to — and it does not enter the sales pipeline.

The second form

Send a message

For careers, partnerships and supply, press, support and grievances, and anything general. Say which it is and the message arrives already sorted — which is the one thing a mail to a general address cannot do.

Send a message

Not a sales enquiry
What is this about

Anything that is not a purchase enquiry. If yours is about price, availability or seeing a site, the site-visit form is the one that reaches the sales team — this one deliberately does not.

Required — it is where the answer goes.

What happens to this: your name, email and message go to SUYUG Infra so the enquiry can be answered, and are stored with the date. They are not added to the sales pipeline and this is not a mailing-list sign-up — the marketing consent is asked for separately, in words, on the site-visit form. See the privacy policy.

Or write to info@suyug.com directly.

The office

Where to find us

One address, published in full. It is the same one printed in the footer of every page on this site, and the map is centred on it rather than on a nearby landmark.

SUYUG Infra

#19, B Hosahalli Rd, near Sarjapur Road, Sree Narayana Nagar, Chikkadunnasandra, Bengaluru, Sompura, Karnataka 562125

The address is written out in full rather than shortened to a locality, because a door number is what a driver needs and a locality is what gets you to the wrong turning. If you are on your way and the pin is not resolving, call the number above and someone will talk you in from wherever you have stopped.

Hours

Not published. We would rather say that than print a template default and have you drive out to a shut door — until the real hours are confirmed, call before you set off.

One office address and one sales number, and this is where both live. If a portal or a listing site has given you a different number, check it against this page before you send anything to it.

The desks

Who has a mailbox of their own

Two of them do. Everything else comes to the main desk, and this section says which is which rather than leaving you to guess from a grid of departments that do not exist.

The main line

This is the number for the company and for any project you have not chosen yet. THE1, Saffron and The Big Banyan each have their own line, printed on that project’s own page — so if you already know which one you are asking about, the number there reaches the people working on it. There is no separate number for existing buyers and no queue to get past. WhatsApp reaches whichever line you are looking at and leaves the question in writing, which is the kinder route from an office or from a timezone where a call would be awkward.

Careers

The one desk with a mailbox and a number of its own, which is why the two are printed apart here rather than under a single heading — a CV sent to the sales number has further to travel before it reaches anyone who is hiring. Name the role you are applying for, and send the CV to the careers address: the form on this page takes no attachments.

Partnerships, press, support

Landowners, channel partners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, journalists and anyone raising a grievance: there is no separate desk published for any of these, and rather than invent one we will say so. The form above is the route — it labels the message so it arrives already sorted, which a mail to a general address does not.

Use the message form

We publish no opening hours, no reply-time commitment, no second sales number and no named account manager, because none of those is a fact this site holds. If a number or a mailbox does not appear on this page, it is not one we publish — check anything a portal or a listing site gave you against this page before you send it anything.

Questions

Before you dial

The short answers about reaching us — which numbers are really ours, what we publish, and where we honestly stop.

+91-76077 12345 is SUYUG's main line and covers every enquiry. 3 projects also carry their own sales lines: THE1 on +91 96956 11111, Saffron on +91 82300 82300, The Big Banyan on +91 73250 02500.

All of these numbers are the founder-confirmed lines this site publishes. A different number attributed to SUYUG on a third-party listing did not come from SUYUG — at least one directory has been found carrying a number this site has never published.

Or just ring the number at the top

Everything on this page is a way of asking a question, and the fastest of them is still a phone call to someone who can answer it. If the question is really whether the place is right, no amount of correspondence settles that — the site-visit page is where you arrange to go and see.

Prefer to leave a number and be called back? That is the other form — the sales one. It asks for a name and a number, and it is the same request the site-visit page takes.
