1. Who you are dealing with

SUYUG Infra (“SUYUG”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the brand under which we market and sell residential projects in and around Bengaluru. The entity you contract with for a particular project is the promoter named on that project’s RERA certificate — for our Karnataka projects the certificates name SUYUG CONSTRUCTIONS — and those registration details are published in full on our RERA page.

Registration details for each project, including the registration number, the promoter as named on the certificate, and the approval and validity dates, are published on our RERA page and can be checked against the regulator’s own public register.

2. What this website is

This site exists to describe our projects, our approach and our company, and to make it easy to arrange a visit. Its contents are informational.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or an invitation to offer, and no contract comes into existence by your use of it. Prices, availability, specifications, dimensions, plans, amenities and timelines are indicative, are subject to change, and are confirmed only in writing at the point of booking. Images are artist’s impressions and architectural renders unless a caption states otherwise. Our disclaimer page sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

3. Enquiries, site visits and call backs

When you submit an enquiry you are asking us to contact you; you are not reserving, blocking or booking anything, and no unit is held for you as a result. Our privacy policy explains what happens to the details you submit.

• Please give us details that are your own and are accurate. Submitting somebody else’s mobile number without their knowledge causes them a nuisance call and is not something we can detect from our side.
• Ticking the consent box authorises us to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your enquiry, overriding a DND/NDNC registration. You can withdraw that authorisation at any time, and we act on it.
• Site visits are arranged by appointment. While on a construction site you must follow the safety instructions and the supervision of our staff; sites are working environments, not showrooms.

4. Booking, allotment and the documents that govern

A booking takes effect only when the promoter accepts it in writing and the applicable payment is received and realised. Until then nothing is committed on either side.

Where the executed documents and this website differ, the executed documents govern, without exception. Read the agreement for sale before you sign it, and ask for anything you were shown on this site to be reflected in it if it matters to you. A brochure is not a specification and a webpage is not a contract.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photography, renders, floor plans, elevations, layouts, illustrations, page designs, code and the SUYUG name and marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by Indian and international law.

You may read the site, print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and share a link to any page. You may not republish our images or plans on a listing portal, in an advertisement or on a social account presented as your own inventory; you may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests you represent us; and you may not remove attributions or watermarks. Third-party names appearing on the site — infrastructure projects, employers, banks, government bodies — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

6. Acceptable use

Use the site as an ordinary visitor would. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site or its images, or use automated tools to submit enquiries.
• Submit false, misleading or third-party contact details, or use the enquiry forms to send us unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or database that is not intended to be public, or probe, scan or test its security.
• Introduce malware, or do anything that interferes with the site’s availability for other people.
• Frame the site, or copy its design or code to pass off another business as ours.

7. Calculators and indicative figures

The EMI calculator and any other calculator or figure derived on this site is an arithmetic illustration built from the numbers you type in. It applies a standard reducing-balance formula and nothing else: it does not know your credit profile, your lender’s processing fees, insurance requirements, floating-rate resets, prepayment rules, statutory charges, GST or stamp duty.

The result is therefore indicative only. It is not an offer or promise of finance, not a quotation, not a valuation, and not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Your actual instalment is whatever your lender sanctions in writing. Please take independent advice from a qualified professional before committing to a purchase or a loan.

8. Third-party links and embedded content

The site links to and embeds material we do not control — a Google Maps panel showing where our office is, links to WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn, and links to the K-RERA and TNRERA registers. We link to them because they are useful, not because we endorse or can vouch for them, and once you follow such a link the other party’s terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.

9. Accuracy and availability

We take real care with what we publish and we correct errors when we find them or when they are pointed out. Even so, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis: we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of every inaccuracy, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including a project page, at any time.

If something on this site looks wrong to you — a number, a date, a registration detail, a claim — please tell us at info@suyug.com. We would rather be corrected than be quoted.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it in preference to the executed transaction documents.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right or remedy available to you as an allottee under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 or as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Those rights stand whatever this page says.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Where a dispute concerns a registered real-estate project, it is to be taken to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority or the adjudicating officer with jurisdiction over that project under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 — which, for a project registered with TNRERA, means the Tamil Nadu authority rather than the Karnataka one. This clause does not remove a consumer’s statutory right to approach the forum where they reside.

12. Changes, severability and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, dated 8 August 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
