What this section is
Most legal pages on a developer’s website are copied from another developer’s website, and it shows: they describe cookies the site does not set, name officers who do not exist, and promise retention periods nobody measures. A page like that is not a protection. It is a liability with a reassuring layout.
These four documents describe this website. Where something is genuinely not settled yet — a retention schedule in months, the list of service providers we use — the clause says so and tells you how to ask, rather than printing a number we cannot honour. Where we do something better than the industry habit, such as self-hosting our fonts so no third party sees your address, the document says that too.
They are governed by Indian law and written against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes go to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, except where a matter belongs before a Real Estate Regulatory Authority or a consumer forum — rights we do not attempt to sign away.
This site, in four lines
- What the one form asks for
- Your name and mobile number, an optional email, and a consent tick. There is no second enquiry form anywhere on the site.
- Analytics and advertising
- None. No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder — so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner.
- Third-party content
- One embedded Google Maps panel, loaded only when you scroll to it. That is the entire list.
- Typefaces
- Marcellus and Figtree are served from our own domain, not from Google Fonts, so no font provider sees your IP address.

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw a consent you gave, and complain if we get it wrong. All of that is free, and the route is one email.
Write to info@suyug.com with the mobile number you gave us so we can find your record on the first attempt. The privacy policy sets out each right and what we do with the request.
Checking a project rather than a policy
Registration numbers, the authority that issued them, the promoter as named on the certificate and the approval and validity dates are published per project on the RERA page — in full, so you can search them on the regulator’s own register instead of taking our word for anything.
