SUYUG Infra

Cookie Policy

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own. Here is exactly what is stored, what the embedded map does, and how to control it.

Most cookie policies are long because the site behind them uses a great many cookies. This one is short for the opposite reason.

www.suyug.com sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking identifiers of its own. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Meta or LinkedIn pixel, no remarketing tag and no session recorder anywhere on this website. What follows is an honest account of what does happen.

2. What this website stores

Browsing the public pages of this site — the home page, project pages, the blog, the calculators, the RERA page, this page — sets nothing that identifies you. The pages are static; the site-visit request form holds what you type in the page itself until you send it; and the calculators do their arithmetic in the page and remember nothing between visits. Nothing is written to your browser to be read back later.

The hosting and content-delivery infrastructure that serves the site may set a strictly necessary cookie for security, routing or load-balancing. Such cookies exist to deliver the page you asked for, carry no marketing identifier and are outside our control; we do not read them and do not use them for any purpose of our own.

There is a separate, password-protected application at /auth used by SUYUG staff. If you sign in there, your login session is kept in your browser’s local storage so that you are not asked to sign in on every page, and the interface may remember display preferences in the same way. None of this applies to visitors to the public site, and none of it happens unless you log in.

3. The one third-party embed

A Google Maps panel is embedded in the footer of every page and again on our contact page, so you can see where our office is without leaving the site.

That panel is a Google document displayed inside ours. When it loads, Google may set or read cookies associated with its own domains and will receive your IP address and basic request information, exactly as it would if you had opened Google Maps directly. We do not receive that data and we cannot switch off Google’s use of it from our side; Google’s own privacy policy governs it.

Two things reduce the exposure. The embed is lazy-loaded, so on most pages it does not load at all unless you scroll to the footer. And it is the only third-party document on the site: our typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from Google Fonts, so no font provider sees your IP address either.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn, and to the RERA portals, are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services until you click, and once you do you are on their site under their policies.

4. Why there is no cookie banner

A consent banner exists to obtain permission before non-essential cookies are set. This site does not set any, so a banner would be a piece of theatre asking you to agree to nothing — and one more click between you and what you came for.

If we ever add analytics, advertising or any other non-essential technology, we will build the consent control first, publish the details in this policy, and set nothing until you have agreed. That is the order the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 expects, and it is also the only order that means anything.

5. Controlling cookies yourself

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, block third-party cookies specifically, and browse in a private window that discards everything at the end of the session. The controls sit under Settings in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and under Settings → Apps → Safari on iOS.

  • Blocking third-party cookies will not break this website. At most, the embedded map may not display, in which case the address and a direct link to Google Maps are printed alongside it.
  • Clearing site data will sign out any staff member logged into the CRM area, and nothing else.
  • Browser-level Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals cost us nothing to honour, because there is no tracking here to switch off.

6. Changes and contact

This policy is dated 8 August 2026 and is reviewed whenever anything is added to the site that loads code or content from a third party. If you want to know what a particular request in your browser’s network tab is doing, ask us and we will tell you precisely.
