Before you search
Why the promoter name is not the name on the door
The certificate names SUYUG CONSTRUCTIONS. The brand you reached us under is SUYUG Infra. Those are not a typo for each other and neither of them is a mistake: the first is the legal entity the authority registered the project to, the second is the name it is built and sold under.
Where the two differ, the register governs. If you search the register by promoter rather than by number, search SUYUG CONSTRUCTIONS — the trading name will not find it.
This name is transcribed on 2 of the 3 records published here. The other record carries a registration number and an issuing authority and no promoter, and we do not extend this name to it on the strength of the others.
Read this before you read a date
A validity date is not a possession date
The validity date on this page is the date the registration itself runs to. It is a fact about a registration — a period the authority granted — and it is not a commitment to hand anything to anybody. SUYUG publishes no possession date, no handover date and no completion date for any project, on this page or on any other.
This is stated because the misreading is common and because it travels. A third party reads the validity date off the register, prints it as a delivery commitment, and it then circulates attached to SUYUG's name — a date SUYUG never gave, which we are then asked to honour or to deny. If you have been shown such a date for a SUYUG project, it did not come from us.
The reason the date is published here at all is the same reason everything else on this page is: it is on the certificate, and leaving it off would make this a curated transcription rather than a transcription. It is printed with what it means, so that it cannot be lifted away from its meaning.

This section is the reason the 3 above it are worth anything. It is not a disclaimer, and it is not filed at the bottom of the page.
These are announced. They are not registered, and this site publishes no price, no date, no plot or apartment size and no enquiry form for any of them — not as an omission, but because the Act does not permit them.
So there is nothing to verify here yet, and that is the honest answer rather than a placeholder. What SUYUG operates for these four is nothing at all: no interest list, no queue, no priority, no reservation of any kind.
“No promoter shall advertise, market, book, sell or offer for sale, or invite persons to purchase in any manner any plot, apartment or building, as the case may be, in any real estate project or part of it, in any planning area, without registering the real estate project with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority established under this Act.”
If a broker, a portal or a site office offers you a pre-launch price for one of these four, no price is published by SUYUG for it and no booking is open — whatever is being offered is not being offered on our behalf. Ask them for a registration number. There is not one to give.

Nothing here should be taken on our word — that is the whole design. Both authorities run a public register, and a registration number is all you need to search one. The steps describe what to look for rather than which button to press, because these portals get redesigned and click-by-click instructions keep sounding authoritative long after they stop being true.
Go to the register directly, not through a search engine
Type the authority's address into the browser yourself. A registration number is reprinted by dozens of listing sites and none of them is the record. The address printed on this page is the portal's front door and not a link into a search result — portals rearrange their query strings, and a deep link that has quietly stopped working is worse on a verification page than no link at all.
Find the search over registered projects
Every state register publishes one. We are describing what to look for rather than which button to press, on purpose: these portals get redesigned, and step-by-step instructions keep sounding authoritative long after they have stopped being true.
Search the number exactly as it is printed
The whole string, every slash included. A partial number returns nothing, and nothing looks exactly like a search that failed — so a typo reads as an absent registration. Copy it from this page rather than retyping it; retyping is where the errors come from.
Compare the fields one at a time
Not the page as a whole. Take the promoter, the land as registered, the date of grant and the validity date, and check each against the panel above on its own. A record that is right in every field but one looks correct at a glance, and that one field is the whole reason for the trip.
If anything differs, the register is right and we are wrong
We transcribe; the authority records. Tell us what you found and the correction is made against the certificate rather than against anybody's memory, and the review date on this page moves with it. The authority also runs its own complaint route, which does not pass through us — that is a feature of the arrangement, not an oversight in it.
