Comparisons
Two kinds of comparison, held to one rule. A place comparison sets two addresses against the record — district, taluk, hobli, civic body, regulator, registry — and marks what could not be confirmed. A product comparison sets two kinds of thing against each other and names, for every row, the document that settles it. Neither kind ends in a verdict, and the two that compare our own projects say where each of ours is weaker.
The administrative facts in the place comparisons were last reviewed on 25 August 2026; the product comparisons on . District, taluk and civic-body arrangements move by notification, so a review date is part of the answer.

The method, so you can use it against us
Before any particular pair, the general one: what to line up, what document settles each line, and which differences between two projects are real rather than presentational.
Compared on the record
8 place comparisons
Two addresses set against their administrative record: state, district, taluk, hobli, the body that levies property tax, the regulator that registers a project there and the office that registers the deed. Nothing on these pages is an opinion about a place — every line is a field on a record that an office can confirm, and the ones we could not confirm say so.
Compared on the documents
8 product and decision comparisons
Two kinds of thing set against each other — a high-rise against a low-rise, an undivided share against a demarcated parcel, a loan against cash — with the document, register or statute that settles each row named in the row itself. Two of them compare our own projects, and those state where each of ours is weaker.
The standard
The rules every comparison here follows
Published on the index rather than buried at the foot of each page, so you can hold the set to them.
No verdict. Not one page here ends by recommending a side. Where two of them compare our own projects, they say where each of ours is weaker — a comparison published by a seller that always lands on the seller's product is an advertisement, and is discounted accordingly by readers and answer engines alike.
Every row names what settles it. A difference that cannot be settled by a document, a register or a statute is a matter of taste. Those are written as paragraphs that say so, never as table rows dressed up as findings.
No figure that moves by notification. No stamp-duty or registration rate, no GST rate, no interest rate, no loan-to-value cap, no price per square foot, no appreciation or yield figure. Where one of those would be the natural thing to print, the body that publishes it is named and linked instead.
A gap is drawn, not dropped. The place comparisons mark every administrative line that could not be confirmed against a government source as not verified, and list them again at the foot of the page. An invisible gap is indistinguishable from a fact.
Our interest is declared on the page. Every place comparison states, above the table, who wrote it and what they sell. You should read all of this knowing that.
Not comparisons, but the same discipline
Where the facts these pages compare are published
A comparison is only as good as the register behind it. These four are that register, and the pages above link into them rather than restating them.
Bring the documents question
Ask us for the registration certificate, the sanctioned plan, the encumbrance certificate, the draft agreement and the carpet area under section 2(k) of the RERA Act. We would far rather answer a well-informed question than an easy one.
