SUYUG Infra

The record

The records behind everything this site says

This site makes claims about land, registrations and green-building status. Each of those claims rests on a document somebody else issued. These pages publish the document trail, the limits of what each document proves, and the places where the record about SUYUG has been published wrongly by someone else.

What this block says

In one paragraph

SUYUG publishes its registration numbers, states plainly what a RERA registration does and does not establish, names the projects it holds no registration for, and corrects the classes of error found in third-party records about it.

7 pages

The record, page by page

In reading order. The table comes first because a register has to answer whether it is complete before it answers anything else; the coverage pages come next, because a number is worth nothing to a reader who has misread what it certifies.

The rules

What these pages commit to

Four commitments, each of them checkable against the pages above rather than taken on assurance. They are stated here once and kept by every leaf.

  • No fact is hand-written

Every number, promoter, survey string, district and date in this block is read from one data file, the same file the project pages, the register and the structured data render from. There is no arrangement of edits in which two pages on this site can publish different registration numbers.

  • A blank is drawn, not dropped

Where a certificate field has not been transcribed, the field is rendered with what document would fill it. A record that shows only the fields it has makes the gap invisible, and an invisible gap is indistinguishable from a form that never had the field.

  • The statute is quoted, not paraphrased

Where a claim rests on the Act, the Act's own words are quoted with the citation attached and no gloss inside the quotation. Where a section is described rather than quoted, the description is labelled as ours and the section is cited so you can check it against the bare Act.

  • The pages are built to be used against us

The coverage pages explain what a registration this company holds does not prove. The corrections page ends by saying that where the authority's register and this site disagree, the register is right and this site is wrong. A record that can only be read in one direction is a brochure with serial numbers on it.

Where the rest of the paperwork is

This block sits alongside two others built on the same idea. The register itself, record by record, is on the verification pages, with a procedure for checking each one. The walkthroughs of the government portals — what to look for rather than which button to press — are in the guides. The same registers, set against each other two at a time — which regulator, which registry, which revenue system applies where — are in the comparisons. The vocabulary all of them use is defined, with the statute where a statute defines a term, in the glossary.

Every page in this block was last read against its sources on . Law and administrative practice both change; if you are reading this long after that date, check the source as well as the page.

Ask for the document

Every field in this block is our typing of somebody else’s paper. Ask for the paper. We would far rather you read the certificate, the sanctioned plan and the title papers than take a transcription on trust — including ours.
